ASTLs are the worst. They should get rid of that position
Just because you have a title doesn't give you a license to sleazily fish off the team member pier. The STL did it to him/herself by engaging in the improper relationship with a subordinate and then not reporting it to TMS.
An stl was fired in my store and i think its because he was getting it on with the pbs. Noone cared except he got thrown under the bus by the astl, who wanted his job. I thought the guy was a superdouche but he got owned in the end. ASTLs will throw you right under that bus along with anyone else who gets in their way.
