Being in the Silicon Valley, its employees have lots of options outside of Q. People are leaving in packs, as we see farewell lunches at Sonoma every week.
Sad to see how they really messed up a once great company.

Wrong people are getting promoted. Look at the title inflation in Marketing and Systems teams. All the Senior Directors are just resting and vesting. Top to bottom worst marketing team. Leadership is lacking all over. Program management is a joke with a joker at the top. Whoever knew the real stuff is gone. Every VP is just trying to prove the other VPs are wrong. This place survived only because the other vendor messed up. If the other guy gets their act straight, QCA will be up for sale.
