Anadarco/Apache has the same production as us but with 9,000 fewer employees. Why do we have so many people?

To much dead weight at COP. Period.
Anadarko produces 320 MBOPD with 5800 employees. CoP is 1600 MOPD with 15900 employee. Last I checked 55 < 101... CoP has higher production per employee.
And have less useless people
Anadarko have higher production per employee as they hve a significant deepwater position.
COP had better be eliminating their excess G&A before the dividend!
