Either way the new guy gets the opportunity to mend and reunite the OPEC and fan the winds of change. Continued pain or return to happy days? Only time can tell.

Hahahahaha! No resolution to the PZ. No expat staff and the nationals are a joke in terms of knowledge and work ethic. Mostly managers doing nothing remain to show a presence.
