I'm an old turd, and the bastards won't offer any packages where I work. HR keeps saying there isn't anything such as a package being offered inside of Broke Dick Hughes.
To this point they have been telling retirement eligible folks today is your last day. You can retire with this package or you can be fired with this lesser package. Which would you lie to due? Not sure why they'd change that approach.
You will be invited to take an early retirement under the guise if you take it you never will work for Baker Hughes again . If you do not take it there will be no guarantee you will not be laid off down the road without any rif package.
What do you consider an old turd? I suspect there won't be anything voluntary about old turds retiring early.
