My friend who moved to server group mid last year and had a successful rating and was granted SSL4 this year appealed and they called him today that he has his job back as they are not supposed to give SSL4/5 to new ee in new group. Hope that helps.

What about VSP to new ee in the new group? What will happen to those come June 29th.
It is typical to give small stock allotments (4/5) to new hires. It is the only way to meet top down quotas on distribution of stock. Managers low in the hierarchy had no idea it would mean sending people home.
ROFL - people who were given ISPs appealing -- you think you are going to be safe next layoff?

DCG is asking folks to seriously consider taking VSP - I'm not sure they are meeting targets.
DCG people are on the chopping block and heads will role. I already know of a few.

DCG folks will not be touched. Folks getting VSP notifications are being asked not to take VSP.
