@awcp, there has not been a town hall yet. If you would read the OP's post first, before getting into the responses and comments, you'd follow things more clearly. It would have saved you the need to ask the question.

What is a "runt"? is that a replacement for some other term? The only time I've seen that is on a pack of candy back in the 70's. @4hom, the number of cuts to Houston personnel is what I heard. That's a hard hit, just like in April.
The cuts are reported to be 650 in Houston alone. The LGBT and relatives are still safe
