Ive just found out i am at risk for redundancy and because ive got an opinion and vocal ive been scored by management appallingly just because my ability to win an argument and tell the truth is seen as a threat and an argumentative attitude does not fit in with the NOV family. Just because i dont roll over and have my belly tickled and have morals where i dont sh-- on my colleagues to get to where i want to be it . More people need to start speaking up because this management will continue to dominate and the dividing wall will keep rising. Fight lads and lass otherwise it will shut.
