BoD is full of long termers, who may know their own job inside out, but are bitter and twisted, resist change at every step and won't do anything out with their own job description as 'that is not my job'. Sounds familiar? Have a hard look in the mirror.
You wouldn't believe the waiting list of employees from other locations wanting to transfer to BoD. Our reputation is stellar and rightly so. Keep up the good work everyone.
