Leave for what, the managers are so clueless, its because of them that we make money. We need more clueless managers. I work for BNSF, i had Union Pacific stop us with a red flag test, after departing I walked backed to check and see if anyone was on the 2nd engine. As i got ready to pull on them i noticed they never took the red flag down, dispatcher unable to reach them so we sat 4 plus hours until they pulled an manager that just happened to be in the area at a bar. SMH

I was a mgr about to be let go, I took the transfer to Arkansas worked 18 days then they layed me off. WTF I say run as far as you can from this company.
Who can save with all the crap we have to pay. I'm with you on cutting back been here 12 years and its looking pretty grim really grim. Business is not there been there done that hopefully it will come back soon. Many of us are already looking for something else, those that decide to stay hope it works out. Its time to change ships folks.
