Layoffs are looming. Thoughts on where, when and how many?

Alaska hourly employees are next.
Oh Really!!! Should they layoff many local employees while keep hiring expats who are actually just doing nothing and talking nonsenses? Bad political office works in Conoco
Simples - folks doing nothing would be great but they cost money whenever they do something ... that's the issue. Best if everyone was on FB!!
Managers don't want to layoff because then they have no one to manage....and up the ladder it goes. I have never seen so many people doing nothing. High dollar people watching news and ESPN pretty much the whole day and the admins are all on FB. I hear 2 to 3 months before a restructure. Crazy I guess be grateful they don't mind getting nothing for the money, hmmm kind of like our deep water drilling debacle.
I heard it once and dang if I didn't get laid off...
It is basic math. $30 Billion in debt, very limited cash flow (less than a Billion in the first quarter), an overpriced stock, and bad production/employee. Given all of these factors, layoffs will definitely happen.
Really? Was there an announcement? Cuz i've heard this a hundred times and it has yet to happen! Further cuts needed in Canada for sure
