I got one with just the promotion % increase in salary.
Nothing else and even no performance rating.
Does anyone know if I get bonus, merit increase, or market adjustment etc. in year end review?
how does market adjustment typically works? Is it given the first review after promotion?

I was told I am promoted too but no numbers yet. Just waiting for may 20.
no bonus or stocks. just raise. bonus or stocks will be given in fall.
