True New leadership needed at BHI
Americans are the biggest lot in the global workforce of slb and baker. People conveniently ignore or choose to forget the fact. Should all others cry why americans over the rest of the world?
So a word of wisdom- it directly correlates to revenue generated. Good riddence in your case nutjob.

Co.s like Baker, Schlumbergr, Halli, Wetherford etc are all International companies operating in over 70 to 90 countries.
More than half or three quarters of revenues are generated in foreign countries.
Many of the equipments we assemble or manufacture here are used in other corner of the planet.
Co. Operating in 70 countries will need to have diverse workforce, else they all but need to close overseas business and lose those revenues.
Co like these with over 40,000 workers, 80% of these workers are overseas.

Considering all African countries are pushing for total native employees I feel European and American companies must start to do the same . But then the liberals will scream discrimination . I'm telling you now as an expat working in Africa they are by far more racist to us now

Look at the UN plans for world control. Google "Agenda 21". Do it, seriously. They state openly what they want to do, and the first step is kill free speech(one word can destroy your life- you'll be labeled racist), and break down American culture and society. BHI has been a HR company for many years now. Long gone are the days when BHI actually considered itself a serious player in the oil field service industry. Just has an open back door policy to any Johnny foreigner who wants an American passport for themselves and extended family.
far to many excellent candidates being looked over due to discrimination of males in workforce in urge to push women in work force to be politically correct . Its becoming totally biased and unbelievable , plus you cant say anything against it as HR and HSE are female dominant now and lable complainees sexist . what a joke

Even the leadership team has to adhere to diversity quotas. Unfortunately the intellectually challenged category is over represented.
Reverse discrimination and age discrimination. Getting rid of all the loyal people in BHI, brought in outsiders like Art, Belgasum, Derek. BHI is crashing.
