Alot of you mwd hands get tunnel vision and don't know sh!t about anything else.
MWD was never really meant to be a long term job anyways, certainly not a career. Just a stepping stone to get some experience on your resume and maybe help pay loan debt off.
Yes and QC tell you it's wrong and will not work. We also redesign without the years of college>

There is no such thing as an LWD Engineer. A real engineer does not babysit down hole data transmission at the Wellsite. Engineers are the people who designed the tool itself.
Its called diversity - baker very keen on it as third world nationals come cheep and can be abused.
Disappointed but what rights do I have, when foreign workers have directly replaced me and many other LWD engineers here on land jobs here in the US
