What is the likelihood of Support Services (Finance, supply chain etc.) layoffs in Middle East in Q2'2016 due to restructuring? Please let me know if you have any information.

US Supply chain will be decimated by the end of the year . These jobs are always cut in a downturn. But as you have read on the net Baker is bloated .
HR is to impress the egg heads in upper management.
What about HR? With all productive employees gone why do we need them?

Supply chain will take a direct hit. As many as 85% will be gone by the start of Q3. Majority of the hits will be from the plants and support staff.
