This is what's happening. Our suppliers know what's going on. AND THEY ARE STARTING TO ASK FOR PAYMENT UPFRONT! We don't have the cash liquidity to pay our suppliers. I know first hand.

Technip and FMC merged making TechnipFMC the 3rd largest oil and gas servicing company worldwide. Maybe that is the reason.
