So the company is staffed for 24 rigs and we are only running three rigs. Oh I wonder what our options are hmmmm.

That's pretty much what they did last time. They were laying people off while they where having orientation on another floor. What a despicable company. Mean while I'm still collecting a check. :-)
Or bring in 100 interns whike we perform another round of layoffs this summer.
