I have learned this company only keeps the people that f* up or keep people that have no idea what they are doing! WTH is wrong with this company?

Many employees I see have little or nothing to do that is meaningful. And frankly, I wonder how a lot of these people were ever hired to begin with. Especially managers. I mean - they really don't know how to solve technical problems that our customers pay for.
What's the use to have all these 'administrators' around, who can't solve oilfield problems?
We're in trouble financially, and have all these fleas biting away at us internally. No way we can remain solvent this way.
You know when life is hard you have to make decisions. I remember a time in my life like this. I moved to California, went to the beach daily, surfed, ate better food, got some sun. Head down to old Mexico and drink a few beers, ride the mechanical bull, then at night build a fire on the beach.
It might be time for that again. There is a time when a man has to rethink things and Houston is in turmoil. The economy, the companies, the city, the people, I think its time to head off west where a man can get some perspective. Waves are pretty good in Imperial Beach this time of year, even Half Moon Bay up the coast should be good as well. Sex Wax is cheap, fuels cheap, and the roads open.
