How does Cisco get away with its obvious misuse of contingent workers? I work with people who have been contracting in the same job role for years upon years. Microsoft was sued in the early 2000s for such actions. Is this why they reshuffle workers to new vendors every couple of years? So technically they're not breaking the law? No matter, it's BS.

This is completely incorrect. It depends on your organization. Yes there is 3 contract companies selected but they vary depending on organization. For many orgs Wipro out of India is the main contract company. I am sure there is some under the table scummy stuff going on here but that is the Cisco way.
