I work in Texas has anyone witnessed racism, it seems that black employees are targeted more than whites, where as I get a slap on the wrist and they get the boot and noose.

As for breaking up company:

Main Line movement only, contracting out surrounding yards and or just shutting them down. The risk is in employees working in yards, minor risk on mainline,

You may "MAY" start seeing these contracted yards go into play late these year, I'm not sure but several contracts have been signed in reference to terms

As for layoffs here in Omaha im not sure, intense cost cutting, no overtime, budget and limit on cups coffee pens paper, etc STRESSFUL

It appears to me that they are doing their best to eliminate elployees that are 52 and above for risk reasons, and employees that are 19-24 years for lack of maturity average age they want is 25-52 all others they are trying to eliminate.

As for managers they will continue to eliminate, getting rid of the non producing managers that are not delivering results, on the TEY there is another cut of managers on the way, and severe changes, we should here some important news possibly on tuesday May 24 or a fews days or week later,

Out of my 19 years here it has been fun except these last two years, these changes and people in position i do not agree with therefore this is my last year here, I strongly encourage protect your job, your family and name. You do not need this career to validate who you are. Please do not sit still and be blindsided by a layoff or being terminated. Reconsider your options and have a plan in effect its about to get out of control.
