Wow, Kronos wouldn't schedule and hour and a half schedule? Who are you trying to fool? Kronos is an algorithmic scheduling program based on needs of the business which they created from store sales per hour. Neither It, nor the people who have instituted "it" have any concern for your personal life. Wake up folks.

As a team leader, I'd be in more trouble for scheduling someone 11 1/2 hours than making the necessary adjustments.
What about the supposed penalty team leaders get for altering the kronos made schedules???
Kronos doesn't work like that. A shift like that is human error, likely someone substituted an AM for a PM. Talk to your TL, it's likely a mistake.
Oh please, it is NOT a mistake. Everything the system does is programmed into the system. It could be programmed to force a rejection if a shift is too small. Same for clopens. Such outcomes could require a manual override or be prevented from happening at all...So it does what the programmers told it to do, which is throw this garbage onto the TMs and then it becomes your problem. Welcome to the new system. The way to advocate for yourself is to tell your TL to get real.
I'm sure it was a mistake. I know my Team Leader Doesn't check the schedule. They don't have time. Imagine that, no time to check the schedule?
Kronos makes mistakes....it's on you to negotiate with your TL.
So notify your TL of the shift. Have you done so? Believe it or not they may be too busy to have noticed. Talk to leadership. Amazing how communication goes a long way.
Do not be a victim in life...stand up for yourself in a constructive, non aggressive way.
The kronos schedule tool seems to make a lot of errors-clopens,near clopens,4 hour shifts??,not following peoples availibility,not scheduling people to close or too many people at times that dont make sense

So dear friends, this is the new norm! Out with TM (team member) happiness, in with (IV)) investor happiness. Very sad as all the core values has dissipated. It's about time dear friends wake up to the new WFM.
Several long term team members in my department are working to move on to a different job just because of automatic scheduling. At least we have a few months lead...
