Just overheard a conversation in the Operations Manager office about corporate making a visit to come and talk to employees next month. Sounds like trouble is about to hit our facility.

NOV gave Union employees in Dayton, Ohio a very generous contract earlier this year. It has always been great to be able to earn top wages without as much of the unfairness, extreme stress and unpaid hours that many non-Union employees must endure. If you can't beat them, join them . . . Union.
Bad news?? Haaaa. 27? Wonder if there going to visit the mill in ohio that just unionized.. Ill tell ya what even if it doesnt work out for thise guys there they got some balls to push back. Push back is much need while working for NOV. Either put up or shut up.
