From what I heard, for the ISP's due to efficiency cuts, you are eligible for rehire. If you were eligible for VSP before the ISP was offerred, I would think that these packages are identical. For the VSP, you'll need to respond by the 2nd and exit on the 24th. If you don't take the VSP, that turns into an ISP and you exit on the 30th.

This round is called efficiency cuts. It affects vsp and others. Even if vsp did not decide to take or not in the syst since they have until June 2nd, they can still get an ISP.

ISP is better than VSP. ISP may allow you to apply unemployment and the and ISP last day is later so you get a week more pay. but if you have ERP, you should take ERP.

I would think the ability to gather unemployment might also be a difference if that matters to you. My thoughts are VSP possibly not, ISP certainly.

I can attest to this. 1:1 with FLM today. MVE Oregon. Was told that I'll be impacted by 2nd phase of ACT with an ISP.

I was offered VSP before so that offer still stands until June 2nd. That will automatically expires and the ISP will take place if I don't accept the VSP.

Not 100% sure what the difference is except for an extra week of pay till June 30th. It's murky if rehire is available with this ISP 2.0

Had successful/ssl3 the last 4 years so I was given VSP earlier.

Just wanted to give accurate information to people who are in need of them.
