How and the hell can the lay off all the workers and keep 11 managers? What do they do all day play pull u plums? What has this place come too?

you know this is true, I remember around 2012 weatherford had its usual cash flow problems to the point you could not even get a pair of work gloves, but management pig pilled into company trucks and off to the feed trough they went sometimes using two crew cabs at a manufacturing plant, spending their P cards. And then the management used the company trucks for personal use to go from work to home cause they came with free gas too.

Because it was an asskisser who brought in her asskisser friends, and they all teamed up to justify their useless positions while they tanked everything they touched. You see this in alot of places now, gift of the gab overruling decisions that make sense. Its goddamn embarassing and these people should not be let anywhere near a position that could literally cost an entire company name its buisness. Through all of the termoil it also blew my mind that noone from higher weatherford never came in to micro manage that f---ing circus. It seems like that mentality reached the highest of weatherford.
It's the Weatherford way never enough management where is your ppe you have to wear it but not Me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Damn i wonder why we bought so many companies and they all went from profitable to loss loss loss?????????
