OH BOO-HOO. All I'm reading here is a bunch of moaning and groaning. The old, "Oh Woe is Me" syndrome. Haven't any of you heard, the saying, When the going gets tough, the tough get going. Come on people, show Eddie you can do it. You can do more with less. Less people, less hours, less money. Now, pull yourselves up and get working. You don't need no stinking breaks, lunch, dinner, or days off. Come on, show Eddie what your made of. Make a game, of it. See who can keep their store open the longest and be the last to close. It really doesnt matter how much you care when the people who run the company do not care. Many of them are just buying their time until the end. With no raises, no store maintnance, no customer service, no merchandise and no employees how much do you think they care.
One of our best vendors refuses to come back to our store because it takes so long for him to get paid. Our maintenance person has been layed off, our store is falling apart, we only schedule people when we have a truck to unload and anyone who is hired quits within a month because of the work atmosphere and lack of advancement.
