Ok now, we haven't heard too much about the south fla schools. It's too simple: A person promoted to their level of incompetence who has driven the program into the sea is the leader of the south fla schools. Yes, this 60 something bleached blond driving the red vet, it's you I'm referring to. Your incompetence has been demonstrated by your lack of insight when hiring Presidents. Case in point: The bloated imbecile heading up AIFL. This is the same person who led a for profit school in California down the tubes, the same person who runs side businesses out of her car (true story), the same person who brings her transgender (but that's OK) husband dressed up as a rabbit on Easter to hand out chocolate bunnies, the same person who has been called on the carpet for her racist behavior. How can AI even begin to believe they're abiding by the Fed's mandate. We ALL know it's ONLY about the numbers. This moron drives it into everyone's head every day.

This campus has disrespected their people for TOO long. They kept asking more and more of their staff and faculty. Bullshit recognitions during the MANDATORY 12th Week waste of time "meetings"; lots of cheap Staples store printed certificates and stupid photo ops. It was ONCE an amazing place to work and teach - and now it's a hot mess. Full of 'yes' people who are too afraid to speak up, because they could be next to lose their jobs. The only people that I feel sorry for are the students, who come with their hopes and dreams - only to be forgotten once they graduate, IF they get to graduation with the reduced class offerings. Do yourselves all a favor and quit. Stop fooling people- the best teachers have left. This can never be fixed. LOCK UP THE DOORS.

It's a toxic environment/culture and yes it stems from the top. The employees are not valued, talked down to, etc.. This campus needs an immediate makeover .. Perhaps it's too late

This campus has so many issues, they are GREAT example of why ACICS should be yanked by the DoE. During the last visit MANY problems were found and one of the site visitors should not have been allowed to even be an evaluator because her husband worked for Ai. This campus is simply draining the government of your tax dollars!

The other post is correct, Erica, the bleached blond male impersonator is the cause of many of the problems on this campus. But lets remember that bad leadership is rewarded at this company!! Crash and burn!

Great Post .. Fake and lack of integrity, bleached and burned highlights Hairstyle on the Drunk President, Grandma Senior Director and Director of Admission, Tricky Veteran ADAs all of them with the same commun characteristic ...it is a requirement to work in AiFL

The worst part about that is they move on to other Ai schools which perpetuates the problem.

Can you say who was let go at AiFL. I can't seem to get specifics. Adjunct here.
