What are the rules for joining the LGBT community? Can I just declare myself bi or must I actually prove it somehow?
I could care less about gender neutral restrooms. I am sure most of the population dosent either. This will do nothing to increase productivity, or design and deliver compelling products. For all the hoopla it is nothing more than a concession to the LGBT community. Great, but don't think it will do anything to make us more competitive
