With the exit of all non- performers, the outlook for intel has become positive once again. Of course, there are some old folks still around, but they will get thrown out once the new monthly performance assessment system comes into effect. The old farts with old memories and tons of attitude issues can enjoy till then. Once the new process kicks in, you guys will get thrown out like trash ;)

It's not younger and smarter. It's younger and cheaper. This is all about cutting cost and with all the cuts,that just don't make sense tells you something is up. But it's not IQ. It's cheap labor.

As much as people like to believe intel is a cutting edge company they are nothing but an old school industrial giant that makes little widgets. Believe it or not you need a blend of people to do it, not all young spring chickens, they need some wise old guidance, but BK thinks all they need is him.
