I am on medical LOA until end of August. I accepted the ERP as it stated that "retirement will begin upon return from LOA". Well I noticed a big deposit ($26K) in my checking on 6/23 and my Intel network access no longer works (last accessed on 6/22 to keep abridge on ACT changes as told to by HR). So I need to call HR and ask them how they violated their agreement and possibly ADA. Probably one of the low paying "leftover dude" was told to turn to process my ERP and never checked that I was on LOA.

Yes, it's 1 years pay MINUS taxes @ around 50%, @ity. OP is obviously an admin (or other lower paid employee), not an engineer, hence the low amount you saw. Half an engineer (or other high-up) salary will be larger as you stated.
Hi, JJ. ;) Just tell them they made a mistake and you're supposed to be paid through your MLOA. Maybe they didn't shut your paychecks off yet, and they were just processing everyone's '1 year' check (which included anyone on MLOA), and you'll still receive them? I'd call to make sure. :)
Was your LOA a medical leave.
By signing the disclosure form one gives up all rights to ADA etc
ERP is a whole years pay. What you got seems less

Why do you need network access if you are on LOA?

Interesting if your badge still works as you have to be an Intel employee to have your "last day" at Intel and sign the separation paperwork, turn-in your laptop and ... You are probably one of the first to test their incompetence of handling this - just tell them "my lawyer is on standby" to assist you and they would enjoy a new Mercedes Benz...
