"Under the right management" there lies the problem, that's what WFT can't seem to get right. Favoritism, nepotism, stupidity, incompitance, general laziness, the core of our management.
Poor leadership is an understatement
ALS will not close, they are too profitable when under the right management structure. They will just keep shuffling around until the situation is figured out. Every manager there is too afraid to make a decision. Poor leadership.
ALS is not closing. I would like to know where this information is coming from.
Speaking of ALS cuts, closings, and downsizing, are there still any supervisors and employees left in MFG just collecting a check to show up to work?
BK and Signal Hill closing in CA, other names on the list but have not been released.
ALS mfg numbers and employee morale are nothing short of abysmal. If you're in the good ol' boy club you'll make it through these tough times though.
Who would even buy it?
I work in als I think we are getting ready to be sold off . Reducing inventory to make our numbers look good scrapping parts counting all inventory has to be a sell off.
All ALS locations are having to do inventory. We all are closing operations for an entire week. Including Longview Distribution. Not sure what's going on, but seems a bit fishy. What is the fate of ALS division? ????
