Been hearing layoffs coming this week, by end of the week. Does anyone have any ideas on what dept. will get hit? I mean what is left????? B2B, retail and consultants all got hit hard last time, just wondering if I should pack up my desk yet?

@ tmi - Not sure if you mean Wireless because the Wireline Severance has not changed on the eweb - same policy it has been since updated 12-07-2015.
What does updating the accounting procedures mean?
Maybe it is just a rumor. Everyone has been so on edge since they cleaned house in Q4 of 2015. The timing, end of the quarter, the strike is over, etc. All these I am sure would fuel a rumor.
they updated accounting procedures for severance on the 23rd of June, some other site as well. go on vzweb on search severance
It'll be a good idea and pack it up and take your talents elsewhere, regardless.
