Julia got promoted to global. Sam is leaving the company
Somebody told them to either do their job, define their job, or leave. Guess what happened?
I remember some TMS higher-ups from different regions leaving last summer. Workday had arrived and they probably knew their positions were going away, which is what happened. I'm guessing Sam & Julia know that their positions are going to be combined or deleted anyway soon, so they're not waiting around.
