It truly may be time for people to think about union. If you think you're safe in your rolls at any capacity,you're wrong. A union at one point in time seemed silly and something I would never subscribed to. But the sneakiness, the back room dealings and the flat out face-to-face lies should really make people consider having something oppose to nothing. I wish much love and support to all the people that are currently affected in the hundreds and hundreds that will soon be affected. Stop fooling yourselves.

As someone who is very pro-union, whether it be at my current job or anywhere else, just know that signing an authorization card for a union is just one step. The real thing that we should be doing as rank and file workers is looking out for each other and meeting outside of work to decide how to solve problems together. It's challenging but that's what unionism really means. It's not just about a contract.
In the Florida region, executives have been trying to quell unionization of the distribution facility in Pompano Beach. The employees that make sure your deliveries arrive complete and on time have seen that their current job status is in jeapardy. I don't advocate unions, but when leadership is leaving in mass and warehouse workers feel insecure, then that suggests that the executive team has lost touch with their worker base or they are going to bulk up their profits and ditch a dying company.

A union isn't going to help at this point. I suggest applying to other companies that will value your skills and that have a sound business with intelligent leadership. Time to get out.

Remember how mackey blew a gasket when the madison wis.store voted to unionize.yeah and the face to face lies,is one of the reasons i chose to never move up to far in this company beyond a certain position.from the top on down to tl and atl they expect you to lie or omit the truth very frequently to cover what they are doing to the team members at the bidding of the financiers,ooops i meant stockholders,oops i meant stakeholders
