Notifications to people are will go on August 18. no one knows the exact number but i guess it will be announced in the August 17 conf call (word is some teams will get obliterated, but all teams have a quota).
Add 5% to that as usual (bottom 10% performers). as usual, experienced (older) contributors will be decimated. it's morally bankrupt, but entirely legal.

Maybe not "done" but at least announced before or during finance call. Need to expose anything big to finance community. This sounds bigger than last years slow rolling LRs which they didn't have to announce. Could be any time in next three weeks. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are popular.
ER seems unlikely unless it is announced soon cause ER is a slow process by law.
18th Aug is the result day so its natural all the things would be done before that.
