More centralization of supply chain management needed at other NOV facilities, as well . . . Need more leverage with suppliers.

layoffs are coming. Planning & purchasing got hit last week. Rumor is true, NOV is taking the TOT facility over by Q1 2017.
As long as the doors stay open its all good.
