Whole Foods has reportedly filed an application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office requesting to trademark the phrase “World’s Healthiest Grocery Store.” The application, which Brand Channel reports is dated June 23, suggests that Whole Foods WFM -6.19% plans to rebrand itself, if the trademark is accepted.

@1whn I hear you but that is plain poor leadership if that is being allowed. Getting written up for attendance is cut and dry.
In response to the 'attendance' comment, it has always been a joke at my store. TMs come and go as needed without necessarily following the schedule to a tee, but once you're no longer liked, your attendance suddenly becomes very important.
