Thread regarding Exxon Mobil Corp. layoffs

Exxon stock value down 35 billion dollars, cash reserve depletion going fast!

What has management done??? Maybe they are the silent majority! It doesn't require a degree in finance to see where this is headed and experts are saying there is no end in sight for the energy market reset. When will management act?

Sir,

You are correct. The decline in XOM in the Tillerson era is absolutely pathetic, no one can forget he grossly overpaid for XTO. Do you realize that every year this man has been at the helm of XOM he's gotten a bonus, all the while devaluing the company ? The board of directors have apparently declared war on the shareholders for allowing this to happen and should be sued for malfeasence. Oh and the OIMS, any shareholder reading this should invest in scaffolding companies located around XOM facilities, as ladders are verbotten.

Everyone knows that this is not going to turn around anytime soon! As soon as they apply horizontal drilling technology to the tight formations in the Middle East we will be back where we are now. The problem with our management is that they are in a hole and I won't quit digging.

management are hoping things will turn around. They are currently cutting the bottom 20 percent so they don't have to pay severance or unemployment.
