Art or Belgacem. Doesn't really matter as neither is the right person to take us to the next level. We need someone with a proven background that has no ties or loyalty to any of the incompetents we currently have.
Baker drilling on the moon. FFS, is Martin taking advice from Donald Trump?
If he made this statement and someone has it recorded he should just quit the gig now and go retire in some South American country s---ing on the teets of h--kers until his heart gives in.
Anyone remember MC once invite some one gave presentatio in Rankin, Saying one day Baket will drill on the moon. Emmmmmm, what a f---ing joke.
MC, do you remembered what you said during the meeting?
My former manager was an idiot. They all are. BHI promotes yes people. Do as I say and hit targets. Right Kelly? Pad the stats or manipulate them to get the desired result!
Nein mein Fuhrer
Did anyone else get the vibe from MC's internal email this AM that it was starting to set the stage that Belgacem was the heir apparent? Martin's got to have enough $ to not need this train wreck anymore.
If Martin quits or gets fired or whatever, then imagine how bad things would be with Soucy! My bet is he is eyeing Martin's office and may even be planning a Coup d'etat.
Soucy can't seem to pin a position down, talks a lot, mostly words he learnt on an MBA course and certainly has his followers that nod their heads in agreement with every word that falls from his mouth.
New management is urgently required, as things are simply not working currently.
Leadership is poor and has been for a long time. There are a few that are okay, but for the most part, they all need purging.
Yes, this company is mismanaged. Example of this is, all the new initiatives they started within the last three years. Some of the initiative duplicate each other or they are in direct conflict with each other. Another issue is when they buy computer soft programs, they are short sighted. Example, when they bought SAP, they did not buy the full package. By not buying the full package, employees need to work hard to make up of some of the short falls. They lay off key employees and then are shut down for a day or two before they can figure out a quick fix.
Any advices for this ?
It is not about Martin, it is about the system.
The whole system is in bad guys hand, have a looks of your manager and your manager's manager! You can feel what I say is true.
