If only such efforts were put into visualizing a realistic project road map, that would have benefited everyone.

Total corruption. They don't give a crap about anybody but themselves and their own agendas. You can see where it's gotten them. Failures.
It's because these two layers of mgmt are extremely weak and afraid of their own shadows. Mgmt is really the biggest problem within Intel. So many are ill prepared to be effective. They are placed there possibly because of technical capability along with the ever present a-- kissing. Continue this philosophy right on up the mgmt chain. Mgrs completely unskilled at their positions and collude with each other to cut people below them with a higher degree of skill just to save their own a--. Sad.
