Soooo several people are getting a working notice in Plano but the uppers are not telling who the impacted individuals are. So you could be talking to someone and not even realize they got his notice unless they personally tell you! Not sure what has happened to BAC but this way of handling things is bad. Anyone know about this or how it works?

There is a huge push to offshore. Training in India right now. Not just QA.

Sorry to inform the powers that be but you cannot automate all of QA not gonna happen. Each FLU being QA'd is different and do not have standardized reporting so good luck with that. What they will do is transfer the jobs to India and good luck with that also. Shall be interesting to see how this plays out. Those who got notice til end of the year were suppose to be let go in September but India is not trained to take on the load that fast.

QA is quality assurance, followed by quality control aka check the checkers. Not telling everyone who was selected is standard HR, could be low or mediocre performers, so they don't tell everyone who
Why do you think there are a ton of Indians in Plano? They are being trained to take our jobs as contractors and only do half a-- the work. No OT-- savings!! No benefits the bank has to shell out- more savings. Way to go Bank of America?!?!?! I'm just waiting for my package

At least 100 in Simi Valley got notice yesterday, not much info just told by end of yr. This is cruel and unusual punishment to have so many people wonder for so long. What the hell happened to the bank to be treating employees this way.

Got notice today! I'm in the QA dept here in Plano! Told position being eliminated by end of year.
BofA ML already have their QA in Mexico!
All of QA is going to India.
