Good ole Flordia Region. It was interesting to say the least working there for over 4 years...Hey, everybody still screwing each other top to bottom with no consequences or nah? They should've stayed in South/Central Florida with stores and away from North/West. Nobody in those parts of the state is shopping at Whole Foods...too many Public/Winn-Dixie older clientele and poor parts. How's that store in Destin turn out....or has it not opened yet? I suggest a few more spots if you are ready FL region. Panama City, Perry/Live Oak, Pensacola 😄😄😄 I miss the friends I made and hope their jobs don't get cut or they get thrown under the bus. For the rest of the Florida region if you plan on staying either f--- your way to the top or stick your nose headfirst into regional a--... you'll go far 😊😊. Forgot to mention btw but is ole jail bird still heading up WPB(wife's in region so eh)

This is the annual 865th Hunger Games, May the odds be ever in your favor 💝

I work in florida region and the favoritism, nepotism, sleeping with coworkers or subordinates, and dimwitted leadership are par for the course here.ive seen many a tl or astl go down for messing with the cutesy in "grocery"..and david isenhood getting his baby a stl job is cute too.i love how regional picks the store stls before they even do interviews or concoluted interview proecess (combo sbe-ftl stl interview??).lotta idiots in higher positions here.cut the fat mackey and leave the hard workers at the store alone

Florida DC tried to unionize and all FL exec's were there trying to control the uprising. The only loss was Joe Strong who saved the region <$52 million while in his job. Instead of using this as a learning lesson they fire the facility TL. Expect DC to get worse as far as product stock conditions and quality. Only upside is that David Isengood is looking to move to another region. Guess all of those subordinates he slept with is catching up with him. Good news is that as soon as Ginger does her time at Destin she will probably move into RVP position and James Bible will be either RVP or RP. Rashne hopefully will find her happiness in CA. Instead of cutting so much labor in stores, cut labor in regional and global to make room for people who know how to operate in the real grocery market. WFM is taking on water to fast to bail it out and there is no solid business model or strategy going forward. I feel bad for store leadership (STL to ATL) because you have NO idea how much extra workload is coming after team mergers. I hope you store TM's have good leadership that are going to throw freight with you. These job cuts will save about 225mil. per year in lost leadership but the funny thing is that Mackey stated on quarter financial call that 2,000 jobs will be cut and the math I did does not add up.

FTL is one of the worst run regions. What is happening at the distribution center right now? That's real deep sh-- going on there. Don't get me started with mediocre leaders running some of the stores.
