Also, I happen to know that the article is a pretty solid piece of journalism. The big question here is why 1otp is so strenuous in defending EDMC. By now it's pretty obvious you're being paid to make these comments. What do you know? Come on, spill it.
No one's angry, just very suspicious. There will be a thorough investigation. I understand it's under way even as we speak. When it concludes, we'll know if there were any illegalities. The problem is that EDMC may well be dead long before the investigation concludes.

Only that's not what the article says. It speculates that it may have been used in that manner but provides no proof. At least use facts and not sensationalism to justify your anger.
I wonder if EDMC has any other non profit charities funneling money exclusively to EDMC students. That would explain a lot.

Is EDMC making a profit or losing money? They were losing hundreds of millions before they were delisted from the NYSE.
Do we know what EDMC's current revenues are, or its current enrollment numbers? In 2015, they had more than 100,000 students.
