To Curious George, good luck finding out who bought the building on Beach because I have been asking around myself and no one knows nothing.

Who bought the Bank of America Building @ 5401 North Beach St in Fort Worth? All I could find was that Bank of America has decided not to/refused to disclose whom.

The effects of this will start showing on the bottom line at some point. The stock although up today, is down 20% or more from it's high from a year or two ago.

We're stuck with management who are happy-email. They're just a bunch of email pushers, and don't do actual work other than admin crap. Employees are overworked, exhausted, frustrated, disillusioned.

Most are working at odd hours, more than 8 hours each day and also on weekends in order to meet project deadlines. Don't be surprised if they start dropping like flies. Something's gotta give at some point.

Congrats on deciding to get off the sinking ship. I know it's a hard decision to make, and I'm sure you're doubting your ability to be successful elsewhere, but you'll be fine. It's hard to justify being treated like s*** every day, especially when idiot management doesn't know how to properly compensate their employees. Best of luck to you and your family

Thank you exboa for your post, I was the same way during the CHL transition, unfortunately it seems the same psycho management style is prevalent today. It's very sad, I've hung on hoping it would change. Today I decided it won't. Resigning soon hanging on for severence isn't fair to me or my family

Man, what a s***storm over there. I got "fired" 3 years ago, however i was lucky enough to come out on the plus side of legal action vs. BOA. My manager made life so miserable for me that I was on anxiety medication the last 6 months of my employment, and I worked for the bank for 7 yrs. My advice to anyone on this board is to get out now and don't look back. The day i got let go, i no longer had to take my anxiety meds, was incredible to have that weight lifted off my shoulders. Current management, if that's what they deserve to be called, has managed to take what was once a great bank, and great banks they acquired, and set them back a thousand years. All they're trying to do is be like Chase in every way, it's disgusting. The grass IS greener on the other side.
