The layoffs continue and yet they're still hiring! Replacing the old experienced guys with younger cheaper Indians saves the bottom line and puts band-aids on the poor quality software that is being churned out!

It will be hard to clean up this mess: a mix of legacy systems that work really well and that are being replaced by new-age technology that just doesn't cut it - requiring extra Indians to support it. Duplication rules!
