Worked at Intel in the 90's... Used to call college folk NCGs (new college grads) Came up with this acronym for Intel NCGs = Imbeciles needing to experience life need constant guidance. Still true today!!

agree, as a RCG/NCG myself I always find myself holding my laptop rushing into my mentor's cube for help and advice. My manager told me to do this a lot more and never ashamed to ask for help --- I may be able to figure sth out myself but asking would be much much quicker.
