I assume you are dealing with HR Dubai, and on a IPRS contract ? If so you can do absolutely nothing. That's the rub.

Just been told, 2 weeks notice given, no redundancy pay offered after 22 years of service. Can anybody offer advise regarding getting some kind of compensation.
