Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Are Sears stores on P2P like Kmart?

Does anyone know if the Sears stores are on the P2P plan like the Kmarts are? Like Phase 1 to Phase X

Oh the morons at the Sears near me, just got rid of their manager August 1st. So if a store manager at a Sears is gone is that an indication the stores days are numbered?

Or what are the signs at a Sears store, that point to a store heading to liquidation? I know the Kmart signs but what are the Sears signs?

I agree unfortunately. The best thing is to do is buary Kmart & Sears. The stores are unsafe, they need to either be closed by OSHA or the local Health Inspector. Neither customers or employees should have to deal with this. Maybe if OSHA closes the store for an unsafe work environment. That will get crazy eddies attention.

I thought the company would be in bankruptcy by now. I work for Sears but went to a Kmart. The store was in such terrible shape it was dangerous and disgraceful. Most of the lights were off, there was aweful 70's panneling everywhere, the checkouts were ancient and didn't even have belts to put stuff on. The Little Ceasars had a big white sheet over it and there was dirt and grim everywhere. Just shut it down.

Yes, that is correct but is Sears NOT Kmart on the P2P program?
