We are told that when a company notifies you of a layoff, they are suppose to give you 60 days written notice and other disclosures. Does anyone have the complete list of things the company is supposed to do?

"At will" employment means exactly that. No notice necessary.
If your employer eliminates your position, that the employer must provide may be dependent on your State of Residence. What you get in Minnesota may be different than what they muts provide in California. In other case, it's a Federal issue, which means your employer must give everyone the same thing, regardless of where you live
To learn more about requirements, by state, type this into google: layoff requirements Minnesota (or wherver you live)
