This company will not give you anything for free are you kidding me..12 pct like really nice rumor.troll.they treat us management like crap do you think they going give a union guy 12 pct.raise.they just tryd to take everything from the union worker and lost..now they going go after there lower management only cus they can.im a 20year manager and doing another 5 yrs and im outta here and if I can find something before that im gone..wake up the writing is on the walll 176 billion in debt and no profits for all the crap they have been buying since 2010 really smell the coffee.this place is going down.and alot of my peers feel the same way..

I can tell when a wireless person posts, they sound ignorant and hateful. Get a life and this is coming from management. The problem with you wireless folks is that you forget that you get a paycheck just like the union folks do. You are no better than anyone else in the company and even wireless is struggling to make their numbers. Welcome to the world of competition. Use your energy to help the company be profitable versus being mad at a group of people who organized to protect their jobs and pay. You sound jealous with your stupidity.
