Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

I fit the categories usually chosen and not happy in my role due to constantly changing direction and a negative manager. Instead of someone else losing a job they really need due to small kids I would rather it be me....doubt I get hit but at least I have offered. On a happy note, I am looking anyways and will leave the company I was once very proud to work for. Everyone who has left tells me it is much better where they are now.
